It has earned its mark in television history for its poignant themes, stunning visuals, exceptional acting, and soundtrack. The individuals involved with the creation of the show have earned this medal a thousand times over.

News on the High Castle Front!  High Castle is going to be at San Diego Comic Con again! Going off of last year’s SDCC appearance, we can expect some hints about Season 4, a release date, and a trailer! I have no idea what to predict about S4, so I’m going to hold all of my theories and speculations until after the panel. I CAN’T WAIT! Yet, it is also a bittersweet feeling knowing that this is the final season of the show that has been a huge part of my life since 2015. Never before has a TV show captured my imagination like Amazon’s The Man in the High Castle.   Here are the details as posted by the official @HighCastleTV Twitter account: When: Sat, July 20th at 4:15 PM I am assuming this is PST, so it will be 7:15PM for us East Coasters. Vampires, Ballet Dancers, and a Caption

I have some exciting news to share! I put my illustrations on hold two weeks ago for a super secret mission…Cue some sort of suspenseful tune with a catchy beat!  Now, then, what did I do with my time? I entered a drawing into a contest that was hosted by the talented Walter Koenig (Star Trek’s Chekov, Babylon 5’s Alfred Bester, and the author of Buck Alice and the Actor Robot ).  He posted a caption on Twitter, and contestants were to draw a picture to go along with it. Imagine my delight when I logged into Twitter on Sunday and saw this I am thrilled, and I’m still kind of speechless! As you can see from the screenshot, the winners get an autographed copy of the first issue of his latest comic, Things to Come . The second half of the prize is a copy of Things to Come in graphic novel format.  The graphic novel is available for pre-order on Amazon.com. Animate Me!

Day 13 of my Post-A-Day challenge! I promise, I am not tired this time. Day 13: Post something you'd like to accomplish. I would like to eventually draw something that could be mistaken for a screenshot from a cartoon or anime. By could, I mean completely mistaken for a frame out of an obscure animation show.  This is the first time I've ever shared this not-so-secret-anymore  wish of mine with anyone! The only way I'm going to get there is to keep drawing. I haven't had much time for drawing lately, but I was inspired by something I saw today. Will my next picture be "the one," the image that makes people wonder if it is out of some sort of cartoon? I hope so because I would love to finally accomplish my not-so-secret-anymore goal. Oh, and Furby, Dumb Cat, and White House in Space have nothing to do with anything. I just felt like photoshopping that tonight.
