Can I place an order if all open slots are full?
Yes. Your order will take the first available slot, and I will not ask for payment until that slot opens up.
Since I’m just starting out, I need to figure out a baseline for myself. I’d hate to offer too many at one time and find that I can’t do it. Once I get a good grasp on what I can handle, I might increase it.
Something suddenly came up, and I need a drawing done ASAP! Can you bump me to the top of the list and do the drawing by next week?
I will not put another client’s piece on hold; however, if the price is right, I will spend a few sleepless nights working on yours and the other client’s at the same time.
What if I want a pencil drawing, but I only want a digital copy of it?
You will not be charged S & H, so if I spend 4 hours on it, the total will be $40.
What if I want a colored digital version of the pencil drawing I ordered?
No problem! The digital version will be treated as a separate commission, but I will give you a 10% discount on it!
Do you take international orders?
Not at this time.
How long does it really take you to do a drawing?
It all depends on the nature of the order. Most of the time it takes me 2 hours to do a pencil portrait (3 if the background is extremely detailed). It takes me about 3 hours to do a digital piece (4 if it involves a lot of background action). Paintings vary: the larger the canvas, the longer it takes. I have a full time job, so the hours will span over a few weeks.

I am sorry, but this is the way it has to be. The seller has to protect herself just as much as the buyer does. If you need something a bit more solid than that for an answer, check out my bio, and I hope it changes your mind!
I paid half up front on a $55 order, but [ insert problem here ] happened, and I can’t pay the rest. Can I have my money back?
No. I will put the drawing on hold and you can contact me once things change. I charge by the hour, and if I have received your payment, that means I have spent some time on your piece. Would you like it if your boss suddenly came up to you and asked you to give last week’s paycheck back?
Do you ship to APO/APE addresses?
Yes! Bear in mind that the process of receiving payment and shipping your piece will take much longer due to distance.
It’s been a month since I received the shipping notification, and I don’t have my drawing yet! / My drawing came, but it was damaged in the mail!
